We do our best to help you find the scooter for your specific needs.
We take a small deposit for the order.
The deposit non-refundable (subject to our discretion)
Turn-around time:
Once we have a scooter in our lab, the general turn-around time is approximately 2-5 business days.
This give us time to assemble, install, calibrate, and inspect our Shabbos Module prior to delivery or shipment.
If the scooter you want is not in stock, then the turn-around is additionally subject to the time it takes for the manufacturer to fulfill the order.
Delivery:
Free local delivery to the NY metro area.
We also have locations in south Florida that can do free local delivery.
If you are not located within local driving distance from these locations, you will be charged a reasonable delivery fee.
Shipping:
We offer 50% off shipping within the USA.

No. We have developed a Shabbos Mode control module for every type of scooter listed on this site.
We believe that applying our Shabbos Mode to brand name quality scooter models that have been tried and true is better than manufacturing our own.
Are you the same as Amigo® Shabbat Scooters?*
No. We do not sell Amigo Shabbat scooters. We are not affiliated with the Amigo® Shabbat Scooter company.

Who may use the Shabbos Scooter?
One who finds it difficult to walk.
One who is not permitted to walk for medical reasons.(i.e. recovering from surgery)
May I use the Shabbos Scooter outdoors without an Eruv (carrying)?
No.
However, if one cannot walk more than few feet without a walker, cane, or assistance, in that case it would be permitted to use the Shabbos Scooter even without an Eruv.
May an assistant operate the Shabbos Scooter?
Yes, ONLY if it is a benefit for the patient.
Is there any Issur Chillul Shabbos involved?
No, as long as the Shabbos Scooter is operated in accordance with these guidelines and in a manner described in the Shabbos instructions manual.
Is the Shabbos Scooter considered Muktzah?
The Shabbos Scooter is considered Muktzah Machmas Melachto L'issur for anyone that does not need it, unless if that person is moving it for the patients benefit.
Is there any Issur Maares Eiyen?
One should have the supplied sign with certifications clearly displayed on the Shabbos Scooter when it is used in public settings.
Can the Scooter be recharged on Shabbos or YomTov?
Yes - depending on the model (contact us).
Can the Headlight or Tail Light (if equipped) be operated on Shabbos?

All Sales Final: Due to the unique customization and specialty of our products, all sales and transactions are considered final by default. This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds as a standard policy. However, we understand that certain unforeseen circumstances or reasons may arise, preventing you from using the Shabbos product as intended. In such cases, we may consider honoring a return for a refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to our discretion.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product without any damage during transit. Please take necessary precautions and use appropriate packaging materials to protect the product during the return process.
Return Shipping Costs: If you need to ship the Shabbos product back to us, we will cover half of the return shipping costs. However, if we need to arrange for the pickup of the product, we will charge a reasonable fee to cover travel expenses, including time, mileage, and tolls.
Product Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned Shabbos product, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the product is in new or like-new condition, we will refund 85% of the total amount paid for the purchase, including any delivery or shipping charges associated with the original transaction. Please note that if the product shows signs of wear or cannot be sold as new or like-new, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repairs or the loss of value from the total refund amount.
