This elevator has been officially certified as compliant with Shabbos Mode requirements in accordance with Halachic guidelines.

Intended Use:

Shabbos Elevator use is intended for individuals who are unable to use stairs due to age, physical limitations, medical needs, or residence on higher floors.

Please consult your Rav to confirm whether use of the Shabbos Elevator is appropriate for you.

When the elevator is in Shabbos Mode, observe the following light strip indications at the entrance:

GREEN: Enter or exit is permitted.

ORANGE: Enter or exit is permitted.

RED: Do not enter or exit.

Passengers may only enter or exit the elevator when the light strip is GREEN or ORANGE.

Annual inspection is required for continued certification.
